CSS Case Study by Moondog Web Design
The owners of the Spring House Inn wanted a new look for their existing site. We used photos of the buildings and grounds to showcase the location, then we added an earth tones color scheme to compliment the natural beauty and serenity of the area. Next we added a “web log” page that allows the client to add/modify time sensitive content as needed without any special software or coding knowledge.
On the technical side, we used CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) to control the fonts, colors, navigation, and content placement. Using CSS makes any future updates faster and more cost effective and allows the pages to load much faster. The end result is a site that is very user friendly, fast-loading, and web standards compliant.
